Garland, Texas - October 20, 2001
The Alpine Dancers of Garland were invited to perform for the Ascension Lutheran
Church's Octoberfest Texas. Oktoberfest Texas is a celebration of great German
food, music, dancing, traditions, and fun. Oktoberfest Texas 2001 also featured the
Fortnight Five German band (OOMPAH!), a huge silent auction, homemade German food
including grilled brats, a raffle, and of course great Oktoberfest beverages.
