2003 Midsummer Fest

The Nordic Clubs of Waco hosted the Scandinavian celebration of Midsummer Fest held at Dr. Ulf and Inga-Lill Westblom's Vineyard. The celebration included live entertainment, May Pole, traditional food and tours of the vineyard. Also attending was Gus Melendez from McAllen's Sons of Norway Palmedahl Lodge. Thanks to Russ and Nita Larsen for their help, Tusen takk. On the way back to Midland the next day I stopped by the Trent Wind Farm between Abilene an Big Spring on Interstate 20 and had a great sunset view.
