WEDNESDAY CONTINUED: After the opening ceremonies and brief overview of the convention schedules and other business, we despirsed for a few hours of free time. Many ventured off to shop or visit with relatives. In the evening, there was a get -together party with Hanne Krogh singing and talking about her Norwegian and American connections. The daywas a fabulous start to the official convention.
